Let the three consecutive numbers be x, x+1, x+2.

As per the question -

x+x+1+x+2 = 15

3x+3 = 15

3x = 15-3

3x = 12

x = 12/3

x = 4

Product of numbers = 4*5*6 = 120

II Method:

Sum of three consecutive numbers = 15

If sum of n (n is always an odd number) numbers is given then the exact middle number = sum/n

Exact middle number = 15/3 = 5

Since we are given sum of three consecutive numbers, so to find the first number we will subtract 1 from 5 and to find the third number we will add 1 to 5.

First number = 5-1 = 4

Third number = 5+1 = 6

Product of the numbers = 4*5*6 = 120
