54=2*3*3*3

LCM of (24,36,54)= 2*2*2*3*3*3= 216 second 

216 second = 216/60 min = 3 min 36 second 

The traffic light will change after 3 min 36 seconds

Then the traffic light again changes simultaneously after 10:15:00 AM+3 min 36 seconds = 10:18:36 AM
