RRB Group D examination is conducted by the Railway recruitment board. Group examination is conducted to recruit candidates in various posts like Track Maintainer Grade-IV, Helper/Assistant Pointsman in various departments of Indian Railways.
Education Qualification:
The candidates who are applying for Group D Exam should have passed 10th or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) from an institution recognized by the NCVT/SCVT or equivalent or national apprenticeship certificate granted by NCVT.

While lifting the weights, the candidates cannot put the sandbag down. It needs to be carried around the waist until the endpoint. The candidates are going to get 2 Minutes for the weight lifting. Both tasks need to be completed in a single attempt. Candidates will be selected for PET 3 times the number of vacancies.

Based on candidates' performance in CBT and their qualification in PET round, 1.05 times candidates to the number of RRB Group D vacancies are called for the Document verification process.
Candidates have to appear for the medical examination round after the verification of documents. The final letter of appointment is issued to candidates who are found medically fit. The test is conducted to check that the candidates are medically fit to carry out their duties. Visual Acuity Standard is one of the important criteria for medical fitness.
